The FK Automotive lowering spring plates are designed in such a way that they lower the suspension by 10-15 mm by installing it on the front axle without significantly changing the seat of the coil spring. The additional lowering of 10-15 mm is to be added to the lowering by the lowering springs. The FK lowering spring plates are not suitable for a coilover kit, since a coilover kit requires a different design of spring cups and these are usually included with a coilover kit.
